Membership in the society is a distinguished privilege, subject to adherence to the criteria and obligations outlined in the FANAS Bylaws. The following membership categories are available within FANAS:
- Every 1 Year
- Any CRNA of Philippine ethnicity who has obtained a license to practice as a CRNA and a registered nurse in any U.S. state or territory, and/or has paid the required membership dues to the Society.
- Every 1 Year
- Any CRNA with a non-Filipino American ethnic background who has been granted a license to practice in the country of origin and in any state or territory of the United States and who has paid the required membership dues to the Society. CRNAs practicing in other countries or who are members of the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists (IFNA) may be eligible for affiliate membership contingent upon payment of required dues.
Renewal Choices
- One Time Payment
- Any Registered Nurse Anesthesiology Student (SRNA, RRNA) and RNs and a paid member of the Society.
- One-time payment with an option to automatically renew for 2nd-year Students.
- **Attention graduating Associate Members transitioning to FANAS Active or Affiliate Member status: please email juve@fanas.org to request an upgrade.

- An individual, to whom honorary membership is conferred by a majority vote of the FANAS Executive Board for distinguished services rendered towards the achievement of the Society’s goals, and significant contributions to the Nurse Anesthesiology profession.
