Juvelyn Pintor, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Juvelyn Pintor-Bieber is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with more than 20 years of nursing experience in critical care, anesthesia practice, and healthcare leadership across hospital and ambulatory settings. She is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, with academic interests in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and organizational leadership.
Before she was appointed Treasurer, Juvelyn served as a Director and Membership Co-Chair of FANAS from 2023 to 2025. During that time, she played a key role in organizational growth, member engagement, and committee development. Her leadership during this period strengthened membership processes, enhanced the governance structure, and supported the expansion of FANAS programs.
As the newly appointed Treasurer, Juvelyn provides fiduciary oversight and strategic financial leadership to ensure transparency, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Her responsibilities include budget development, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial planning, aligned with FANAS’s mission of mentorship, professional development, and service.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Juvelyn is a healthcare entrepreneur and founder of an anesthesia services organization, bringing practical expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. She remains deeply committed to mentoring CRNAs and SRNAs, advancing leadership opportunities, and supporting community-focused and global health initiatives through FANAS.
