Membership in the society is a distinguished privilege, subject to adherence to the criteria and obligations outlined in the FANAS Bylaws. The following membership categories are available within FANAS:
- Every 1 Year
- Any CRNA with a Philippine ethnic background, who has been granted a license to practice both as a CRNA and as a professional registered nurse in any state or territory of the United States and/or has paid the required membership dues to the Society.
- Every 1 Year
- Any CRNA with a non-Filipino American ethnic background who has been granted a license to practice in the country of origin and in any state or territory of the United States and who has paid the required membership dues to the Society. CRNAs practicing in other countries or are members of the International Federation of Nurse Anesthestists (IFNA) may be eligible for affiliate membership contingent upon payment of required dues.
- One Time Payment
- Any Registered Nurse Anesthesiology Student (SRNA, RRNA) and RNs and a paid member of the Society.
- One Time Payment
- An individual, to whom honorary membership is conferred by a majority vote of the FANAS Executive Board for distinguished services rendered towards the achievement of the Society’s goals, and significant contributions to the Nurse Anesthesiology profession.
